Art of Sound Bath Savasana Certification
This one day training is specifically aimed to empower Certified Yoga Teachers on how to facilitate a potent sound healing to incorporate as the savasana in yoga offerings.
Flute 101
The beauty of the flute is accessible to all whom are called. This afternoon workshop is geared towards the beginner and will be focused on the traditional Native American style flute. We will discuss the history, traditions, folklore and energy behind playing the flute. We will practice different techniques and refinements with connecting to your flute as well as playing and harmonizing together. The afternoon will take place in the beautiful Kula room at Anuttara Yoga Shala in Fort Lauderdale.

Gong Master Immersion Certification
This four day retreat is all about the gong and the many varieties of them. This training is held at an AirBnb and includes an over night gong bath initiation. We will learn the history, specific gong mantras and the many ways of how to properly play these powerful instruments.
