The Full Moon Beach Ceremony with Flower Release Meditation and Individual Reiki has been a staple of the conscious community for over ten years. Pompano  Beach, just south of the Pier at Lifeguard Tower 3. Event is posted monthly, please check the "upcoming events" tab for specifics. Flower Release, Individual Reiki plus Gong Journey. 

This spectacular sound immersion has participants floating on a deluxe air mattress while the Sound Masters weave journey that sends everyone into bliss. 

Enjoy a tailored experience to release stagnant energy, align with your intensions and find peace within. Sessions are typically 60 - 90 minutes and can be done in studio, at your home or outdoor locations. Fees vary. 

This other worldly experience is sure to leave you floating in bliss. Rich and Michelle create an incredible Vibrational Orchestra together as the participants are resting, floating in the aerial hammock.

Cacao is an incredible heart opening elixir. We begin with a beautiful guided meditation ceremony with the delicious cacao and then lay down to experience a deep dive into the vibrations of the large gongs and giant quartz crystal singing bowls. 

Our most common duo. Michelle is our main Yoga Instructor and holds this experience as weekly class offerings as well as for speciality events, corporate organizations, bridal parties, birthday parties, high end experiences and more. Michelle teaches many different types of yoga and will create the perfect class for whomever is present. 

(Weekly class drop in $18 in studio per person)

Ecstatic Dance is an incredible experience to use the body to release heavy energy and open to the layers of bliss that exist within us all. We traditionally begin with a Cacao Ceremony to help energize and inspire our free movement with a live DJ set. After 60 - 90 minutes of movement, we recline to the ground for a Sound Healing Journey to help rejuvenate and replenish. 

Event usually takes place monthly, around the full moon.
